How to report an error and how we handle corrections.
Reporting an error
Send the page URL, the specific statement you believe is inaccurate, and any supporting evidence to info@zeroplusfinance.com.
How we respond
- Factual errors are corrected on the page and the updated date is revised.
- Where a correction changes the substance of a story, we describe what changed.
- Where a claim cannot be substantiated, the material is removed or retracted rather than left standing.
- Requests to remove accurate, lawfully published reporting are declined.
Right of reply
Individuals and organisations named in critical coverage may submit a response. We consider responses on the merits and, where appropriate, publish or reflect them.
