Sponsored content and press releases
- Paid material is labelled Sponsored content or Press release and is excluded from editorial rankings and recommendations.
- Sponsored material is not produced by the editorial desk and is not fact-checked to editorial standard; claims within it belong to the advertiser.
- We decline paid material that we consider misleading, that promotes unlicensed financial services where a licence is required, or that targets vulnerable readers.
What money cannot buy
- A review conclusion, score, or removal of a negative finding.
- Suppression of accurate reporting.
- Placement inside editorial coverage without a label.
